How we work

It is our primary goal to design and create a wedding invitation package that is unique to you. We believe that no two invitation designs should ever be the same. We go out of our way to get to know you, to listen to what you want the invitation to accomplish, and to make sure that your exacting specifications are met on time and on budget. We strive for a smooth process that provides you peace of mind—you have plenty of other things to think about and do.

Getting Started

At your convenience we meet with you, either in person or by phone, to learn first hand what your exact wishes are. From this meeting we get to know you—your personality, your likes and dislikes, and your vision for the project. At this meeting we will get a firm understanding of what your budget is for invitations and we will work within those budgetary guidelines—the last thing you need are big surprises.

Contract Signing

If you decide to use the services of Gaddere we will then mail you a contract clearly outlining the project parameters, price quote, and delivery date. Upon receiving the signed contract and down payment, we will begin the design process.

The Design Process

In short order, Gaddere will provide you with two design options for your review. Our experienced designers have an eye for color schemes, paper stock choices, texture and special elements that will set your invitation apart. In most cases we send these designs to you via e-mail in Adobe Acrobat Reader format. If you prefer, we will be happy to provide you with a color hardcopy. At this point, you have the opportunity to choose a design, and to make recommendations, changes or corrections. We then take your input and incorporate them into a revised design which is sent to you again for your review. Once you are completely satisfied with the design and content, we ask that you sign the final proof and send it back to us before your invitation is printed.

Printing Your Invitation

In printing your invitation, we strive to assure nothing is lost in translation from the digital design to the disk we turn over to the printer. Our experts understand the process and know how to avoid potential pitfalls. We will make all of the arrangements for you to receive your printed invitations at the agreed upon delivery date.
